This is for stepwise dilution during food microbiological testing. The contents are 9 mL of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and 9 mL of phosphate-buffered dilution water (PB). They are sterilized, so there is no need to prepare dilution solutions. Since they are dispensed in 9 mL portions, there is no need to prepare test tubes, allowing you to start testing immediately. Both cup and test tube types are available. The cup type consists of four connected cups, which can be separated. The test tube type is self-standing. This is helpful for sudden samples and contributes to simplifying the work process.
