The dirt on the spray cassette that I had given up on became clean, and the casting department manager was delighted!
Isn't it becoming the norm to leave cassette nozzles dirty? Shall we reconsider the 3S of spray cassettes, which is fundamental to quality control? This is a cleaning agent for spray cassettes like no other. It breaks down and cleans the residue of release agents that have adhered to the nozzle, making post-processing a breeze. The interior and exterior surfaces of the nozzle piping can be thoroughly cleaned by "immersion" in this solution or using a dedicated cleaning machine. The drainage can also benefit from the cleaning effect of the biodegradable cleaning solution. Additionally, it can help reduce the load on the release agent treatment tank and contribute to waste cost reduction. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

basic information
At a die-casting factory, when new employees were asked what they found concerning in the factory... they felt uncomfortable seeing cassette nozzles lined up like objects, dirty as if it were normal. The site took action to improve this and adopted Eco Cleaner Blue as the cleaning agent. Eco Cleaner Blue, which can be widely used not only for spray cassettes but also for machine cleaning, washing work clothes, mold cleaning, and floor cleaning on-site, has been very useful. Previously, the factory stocked a variety of detergents, but now they have simplified their inventory to just Eco Cleaner, making inventory management easier. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.*
