Additionally, rollers with minimal elastic deformation are used, and the total length of the rollers is more than 1.5 times the roller diameter, enhancing rigidity. ●Sliding Performance Prevented by Skew Prevention The roller retainer ensures that the rollers are uniformly aligned and circulate, preventing skew (roller tilting) when entering the block load area. This results in minimal fluctuations in rolling resistance, providing smooth and stable operation. ●Long-term Maintenance-Free The roller retainer eliminates mutual friction between rollers, and lubricating oil is retained in the grease pockets between adjacent rollers. During circulation, the necessary amount of lubricating oil is supplied to the contact surfaces between the spacers and rollers, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.
