● High Precision By using a dedicated iron base assembled with LM guides containing ball retainers (SSR) and full closed-loop control using an optical linear encoder, high positioning accuracy has been achieved. ● Low Speed Ripple The coreless structure without an iron core eliminates cogging force, enabling smooth operation even at low speeds. ● High Speed and High Acceleration By minimizing the mass of the slider (moving part), a maximum speed of 4 m/s and maximum acceleration of 3G for the S type, 5G for the M type, and 6G for the L type are possible. ● Maintenance-Free The adoption of LM guides with ball retainers enables long-term maintenance-free operation. ● Low Noise and Low Dust Generation The combination of a linear motor and LM guides with ball retainers achieves low noise and low dust generation during operation. ● Heat Management To maximize the performance of the linear motor, a heat sink with heat dissipation fins and an insulating structure that prevents heat from transferring to the table have been adopted, resulting in minimal temperature rise of the table even during continuous operation.
