【E/G Cooling Water Temperature Control Device】 - It maintains the engine cooling water temperature within a range of 40°C to 105°C. - There are two types of cooling water temperature control: a cooling-only operation type and a cooling-heating operation type with a built-in heater. - The cooling operation type uses an open-type engine cooling water circulation system, where new cooling water is introduced into the cooling water tank and heat is dissipated through overflow from the top of the tank for temperature control. - The cooling-heating operation type employs a closed-type engine cooling water circulation system, where the engine cooling water (primary side) is heated and cooled using a heat exchanger for temperature control. Additionally, the E/G cooling water system can be slightly pressurized, similar to actual vehicles, to raise the boiling point of the cooling water for use. - The temperature regulator uses a digital PID control SSR drive method, allowing for temperature control within ±2°C of the optimal state.
