"PBI (SCM7000)" is a super engineering plastic that excels in high heat resistance and high mechanical strength. The high heat-resistant resin PBI = polybenzimidazole demonstrates its excellent heat resistance and high strength, providing outstanding performance against various concerns in manufacturing processes, such as high-temperature environments, corrosive environments like process gases, environments that are sensitive to impurities, and areas where mechanical strength is required due to wear concerns. In particular, it outperforms conventional polyimide materials widely used in the harsh environments of semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing processes.
