High-precision filter bags capable of continuous pore size variation with constant density.
High-precision filter bags made from 100% pure polypropylene/polyester material 【Features】 ○ By varying the fiber diameter of the filter media structure, it maintains a constant density while allowing for continuous pore size variation and depth effect, enabling long life and filtration that is extremely close to absolute filtration. ○ The sentinel ring is made from the same material as the filter media (polypropylene/polyester), offering excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength. ○ All materials are thermally bonded, eliminating any concerns about bypass from the sewing areas. ○ Thanks to the EATON melt-blown process, all media are fused together, eliminating worries about delamination. ○ The filter media captures particles reliably and has a long life by continuously varying pore sizes through the depth effect. ● For more details, please download the catalog.
