The long-life amalgam lamp is a high-performance low-pressure UV lamp with an extremely long lifespan. Compared to conventional low-pressure mercury lamps, it offers up to 10 times the UV output density and can be used in high ambient temperatures below 90°C. Additionally, amalgam lamps have minimal output fluctuations due to changes in ambient temperature. By encapsulating an amalgam alloy made of mercury and special rare metals, it achieves approximately 2 to 3 times higher output compared to traditional low-pressure mercury lamps. Furthermore, it maintains up to 90% of UVC output even after over 16,000 hours of operation, significantly improving lamp lifespan.
