【Other Features】 - No advanced skills are required. Precision cladding and welding can be performed with a short training period. - The pulsed spot irradiation of laser light instantly melts only the cladding material, alloying and depositing it onto the base material, resulting in low heat input, minimal distortion, no secondary shrinkage (undercut), and no stress. - Shielding the cladding area with argon gas prevents oxidation, allowing for high-quality cladding. It reduces and suppresses the occurrence of defects such as pinholes and voids. - Cladding can also be performed on the bottom surfaces, side surfaces, and inner corners of narrow grooves and holes. - Preheating and post-heating, which are typically required for argon (TIG) welding, are not necessary. - Surface treatments such as texturing and chrome plating can be performed after cladding. 【Models】 Three models: 100W, 150W, and 200W. * A combination of peripheral equipment allows for a wide range of applications, from large workpieces to small, precise workpieces.
