The coarse and fine motion rotation stage is a rotation stage that allows for coarse and fine adjustments. It employs a sliding fit for the movement guide, enabling manual coarse rotation around the θ-axis for a full 360 degrees centered on the Z-axis. After fixing the coarse motion with the coarse-fine switching clamp, fine rotation of ±5° can be achieved using a micrometer head.
