High transmission capacity timing belt "Poly Chain GT Carbon Belt"
Polychain GT Carbon Belt
An alternative to chains! A high-strength urethane timing belt ideal for low-speed, high-torque transmission.
◆Ultra High Transmission Capacity Timing Belt The carbon core wire suppresses the elastic deformation of the belt, achieving a transmission capacity that surpasses conventional belt drives. ◆Significant Reduction in Stretch The tensile strength characteristics of the carbon core wire stabilize the meshing state of the belt and pulley, enhancing durability. ◆Compact Drive Achieving a high transmission capacity comparable to chain drives allows for the miniaturization of equipment. ◆Maintenance-Free No lubrication or tensioning work required, which is necessary for chain drives! Supports a reduction in maintenance time. ◆Clean System No lubrication oil, which is essential for chain drives, is needed at all! Achieves an eco-friendly drive that matches the times! Supports your company's ISO 14000 initiatives.

Company information
It has been over half a century since the timing belt was invented by Mr. Richard Case of the United States Uniroyal (now Gates Rubber Company) in 1945. During this time, new applications have been continuously developed in the market, and it is now said to be more difficult to find machines that do not use timing belts. Our company has made numerous improvements and inventions in materials, structures, tooth shapes, engagement, manufacturing methods, etc., in partnership with Gates Rubber Company, and we are developing a lineup of timing belts that meet the needs of various markets.
