(1) APSA will import "incoming, outgoing, transfer, and inventory" data from the handheld scanner (RS-232C). (2) The data imported into APSA can be edited on the screen. (3) APSA converts the edited data into a format that can be imported into the "sales management software." Alternatively, it can be updated directly to the sales management software (please contact us). (4) You can start operating with the handheld scanner without customizing the sales management software. (5) APSA can print in-store barcodes only, and it is also possible to specify the number of prints per product. It supports various types of printers, including laser printers and dedicated barcode printers. (6) It is also compatible with ITF (logistics code) codes.

APSA will link the data from your current sales management software and handheld scanner (inventory receipt, shipment, transfer, and stocktaking). You can start using the handheld scanner for operations from the very day it is implemented. You can use the product master, customer master, and supplier master from the sales management software directly on the handheld scanner. By using an optional mobile printer (such as Sato's Petit Lapan), you can also issue temporary slips and receipts on-site. Products scanned with the handheld can be printed directly as sales slips. Depending on the option, APSA (web version) also supports "data synchronization between the main store and branches at other locations."
