NEW Finally here! Virtek's latest software, real-time tracking software IRIS ActiveTrack!
The Virtek VPS1 projector projects work contours, mounting positions, and machining positions using 2D/3D CAD data with laser lines. This reduces the need for manual measuring, using squares, templates, or resin plates for marking tasks. Additionally, with the newly introduced real-time tracking software, Active Track, it can even project onto moving workpieces. Virtek's latest software, IRIS ActiveTrack, is an innovative software that tracks and projects a precise and stable 3D laser line onto moving workpieces in real-time, unlike anything seen before. [Case Study] Determination of Insertion Sites for Animal Cultured Cells and Plant Cells
Using the Agrobacterium method, we inserted T-DNA taglines into Arabidopsis thaliana and performed the RAISING method on mouse cultured cells with retrovirus vectors. We confirmed the insertion site sequences using the Sanger method and mapped the decoded sequences obtained from next-generation sequencing analysis to the genome sequence. As a result, it was confirmed that this method is effective for determining insertion positions in both animal cultured cells and plant cells.
