Until now, "Tech Polymer" has primarily been used as an additive in liquid crystal displays, LED lighting, paints, and cosmetics, but it has recently been adopted for automotive interior lighting and running lights, expanding the demand for automotive lighting. Polyimide varnish has characteristics of high heat resistance and chemical resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of fields and applications, including high-temperature sliding parts and related components for automobiles and aircraft, heat-resistant coatings, special adhesives, and wire insulation. This resin will continue to be used in the future, leveraging these features. Our company utilizes polyamic acid generated by regenerating polyimide film, which becomes unnecessary during the processing of polyimide film, through a unique chemical treatment to create an "NMP completely free aqueous solution." This product, when applied to a substrate and dried and cured, forms a polyimide resin coating with an imidization rate of over 90%. We are pleased to introduce a new grade of water-based polyimide varnish with improved flexibility.
