Our company focused on the polysaccharide components abundantly contained in tamarind seeds and successfully industrialized tamarind seed gum for the first time in the world in 1964. The tamarind seeds used as raw materials are a byproduct generated when the fruit is processed for food. Tamarind gum is an upcycled product made by refining these crushed seeds.
