Recently, Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. Lighting Division Optical Testing Laboratory has been registered as a registered testing organization by the Independent Administrative Institution National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE). The Registered Testing Organization System (JNLA) is a system that certifies whether a testing laboratory has the capability to demonstrate correct performance in accordance with the requirements for testing laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025) through document review and on-site inspection. Currently, there are only four registered testing laboratories for photometric measurement methods (JIS C 8105-5) among lighting fixture manufacturers, and Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. becomes the fifth. Registered testing organizations under the JNLA system can issue test certificates and performance reports with a special emblem (symbol) in the testing registration category indicated on the registration certificate as proof of their registration. As a publicly recognized testing organization with stable quality, we enhance the Seiwa brand and ensure that our customers can use products of stable quality. We will continue to conduct measurement tests based on the JNLA registration system, providing reliable performance indications to our customers and striving for the appropriate dissemination of LED lighting fixtures and the creation of even more reliable products.

Registration No. TH-150008-A. - A small and lightweight LED lighting fixture used for tunnel lighting installation. Our conventional LED tunnel lighting fixture weighs approximately 16 kg, while the new LED tunnel lighting has reduced this weight by about 62% to approximately 6.0 kg. - The housing size has been minimized, and the main body of the lighting fixture has been changed from stainless steel to aluminum. - By reducing the weight of the LED tunnel lighting fixture, the ease of installation has improved, and the load on civil engineering structures has been reduced. - Due to the lightweight design of the fixture, the strength calculations have resulted in a reduction of the number of anchor bolts from four to two, leading to labor savings and cost reductions in installation. - By adding protrusions for height measurement on the side of the lighting fixture, measurements that previously required two people can now be performed by one person. Applicable range: highways, national roads, and local roads.
