In manufacturing and logistics, the issues of "labor reduction" and "operational efficiency" due to labor shortages are urgent challenges. While RFID is a highly effective means for promoting digital transformation in process management, traditional systems have relied on integration with control PCs and specialized software development, which has posed significant barriers to implementation. We have developed a "touch panel terminal for data collection" that simultaneously addresses these "implementation hurdles" and "on-site concerns." This terminal does not require control software and can be operated immediately by simply powering it on and setting it up. If there is an internet connection, the collected performance data can be sent directly to the cloud, enabling "anyone, easily, and accurately" to manage performance without specialized knowledge. Furthermore, by visualizing the number of readings in real-time on the touch panel, we can prevent human errors on the spot and resolve issues such as complicated data entry, manual recording, and delays in data utilization. The collected data can be immediately used to identify bottlenecks in processes and improve the accuracy of cost and production cost management, strongly supporting productivity enhancement and digital transformation on-site. With "easy installation and easy operation," test operations during implementation can also be conducted swiftly.
