It is a product that integrates a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended electric wire, which is attached to the electric equipment's wiring using spiral tubes, monitoring abnormal temperatures caused by overload current in the wire or poor connections, as well as abnormal temperatures due to faults in electrical equipment. It enables safety management of electrical equipment even for those who are not electrical engineers. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the two wires short-circuit to sense the temperature, triggering a mechanism to detect abnormal temperatures as a signal. It utilizes the softening of the wire and the recovery of the shape memory alloy. This product is a temperature sensing wire set to 70°C that can directly sense temperature and signal without the need for power or measuring devices. It is a product that combines a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The shape memory alloy is attached to the wire in a coiled shape, and when the surrounding temperature reaches 70°C, the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wire (restoring it) and short-circuiting the two wires to create a temperature sensing signal.
