Abnormal temperature detection for electric vehicle (EV) electrical equipment circuits / New product for temperature detection sensors for EVs.
■Overview of Temperature Detection Sensor for EVs 1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected by a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor integrates a shape memory alloy with a wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the restoration of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (70°C). 3. The maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation of the wire rapidly deteriorates. Therefore, detecting the maximum allowable temperature corresponds to detecting abnormal temperatures in the wire. 4. It can be installed on the wires of the power circuit of electric vehicles (EVs), on the outer walls of control devices or load devices, and on the outer walls of storage batteries to detect various abnormal heat (abnormal temperatures). 5. In this way, abnormal temperatures (abnormal temperatures) of the wires in the power circuit of electric vehicles (EVs), control devices, load devices, and storage batteries can be continuously monitored on a daily basis, allowing for early detection and initial response to prevent equipment damage or fire.
