On May 5, 2015 (Tuesday), Vecow, a specialized manufacturer of embedded computing based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, announced today that its "ECS-7000 series" fanless embedded system has been certified as VMware Ready. This certification means that Vecow's "ECS-7000 series" thin client solution has passed thorough compatibility testing with VMware and has obtained technical certification under the VMware vSphere 5.5 environment, indicating that it will be supported on VMware vSphere 5.5 in the future.
