"Data on 'Liquid-Cooled Heat Exchangers (Liquid-Liquid)' now available" A clear explanation of the structure and features of liquid-cooled heat exchangers!

[We have published the document "Liquid-Cooled Heat Exchanger (Liquid-Liquid)"] A heat exchanger is a device that transfers thermal energy from a fluid at a higher temperature to a fluid at a lower temperature. This document introduces the "liquid-cooled heat exchanger." We explain the structure and features of five types of liquid-cooled heat exchangers that have been widely used, using diagrams. If you are interested, please download the PDF from the related catalog below or feel free to contact us. [Contents (excerpt)] ■ Role and applications of liquid-cooled heat exchangers ■ Types of liquid-cooled heat exchangers - Brazed plate heat exchangers - Gasketed plate heat exchangers - Shell and tube heat exchangers - Immersion heat exchangers - Jacket tanks - Summary

[Information "What is Air Conditioning" Now Available] A clear explanation of the elements and types of air conditioning!

[We have published the document "What is Air Conditioning?"] Air conditioning is an abbreviation for air conditioning, which refers to the adjustment of air conditions such as temperature, humidity, and volume to suitable states according to the purpose and use of the space. In this document, we categorize air conditioning into two types based on their intended purposes and introduce the characteristics of each. If you are interested, please download the PDF from the related catalog below or feel free to contact us. The dust collector "GDE Series" automatically controls airflow to prevent it from dropping! It complies with the revised regulations on welding fumes! Airflow management is possible, and filter replacement is not needed for an extended period!

We would like to propose a new high-performance dust collector from Apiste. ■ Capable of capturing fumes As of April 1, 2021, a revision to the specialized regulations has been implemented, requiring ventilation through a general ventilation system or equivalent measures (local exhaust systems, push-pull type exhaust systems) when performing tasks such as metal arc welding. The GDE series maximizes effectiveness in collecting fine and viscous dust, such as welding fumes, by equipping an optional fume box. ■ Long-term filter replacement is unnecessary Using an ultra-fine filter that is finer than those typically used in dust collectors, dust can be filtered on the surface of the filter. The dust filtered on the surface is reliably removed by the "Green Pulse Method," which allows for optimal dust removal, making it less likely for the filter to become clogged. ■ Operating data storage function Not only does it maintain the set airflow, but it also allows you to check the trends of airflow and differential pressure on the touch panel. Changes such as the degree of filter contamination and whether airflow has decreased can be easily monitored. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
