Announcement of the new release of the "TSL Series" connector for 0.55mm pitch high-performance coaxial cables supporting 32Gbps high-speed transmission.
The TSL series is a next-generation harness that enables differential high-speed transmission of 32Gbps with a harness length of 1,000mm (see Photo 1). With a 0.55mm pitch and 31 pins, it allows for a transmission of 320Gbps using 10 differential pairs (AWG#32 coaxial wiring with 20 wires). Another feature of this series is that by combining it with the high-performance coaxial cable "RUOTA" from Tokyo Special Cable Co., Ltd. (TOTOKU), it achieves low loss and low skew. *"RUOTA" is a registered trademark of Tokyo Special Cable Co., Ltd. Registration No. 5594596. Additionally, our company guarantees the quality of the harness products. The harness assembly is performed at our designated factory, and we conduct a thorough inspection of all units before delivery, ensuring you can use it with confidence. Furthermore, this series features a good locking structure with a click feel. We are pleased to announce the expansion of the "FTC Series" connectors capable of crimping two 5.08mm cables. Following the traditional lineup of drawer type (FTC01) and lock type (FTC02), we will now release the cable extension type (FTC12 / plug side). In addition to the cable extension type, we have added variations for the board side connector in a light angle type (FTC11) and the cable side connector in lock type with 6-pole and 20-pole options. We plan to release a straight type for the board side connector in August. We are also developing variations with different pole counts beyond 6, 12, and 20 poles, as well as a low-cost type of crimp contact (with a gold plating thickness of 0.1μm), and will continue to expand our lineup.
