The particle visualization technology developed under our brand "ViEST" has a very high level of detection sensitivity that allows for real-time visualization of the suspended and adhered states of micro and nano-sized particles. We are expanding our sales of visualization systems and providing evaluation services (such as investigating particles and airflow in production processes, manufacturing equipment, and factory environments, evaluating the performance of cleaning products, and proposing yield improvement measures) both domestically and internationally. We consistently support the identification of causes and the formulation of countermeasures by visualizing fine foreign substances, particle adhesion due to static electricity, and variations in cleanliness that are problematic in the film manufacturing process. Added a case of the Lehira company's spray nozzle (new spillback nozzle for cooling towers (RS4-II)).
The latest generation of Rehila's spillback nozzle elevates proven technology to a new level. The spillback nozzle is a return-type spray nozzle that atomizes liquid in a hollow conical shape. Unlike conventional nozzles, water is supplied to the nozzle at a constant supply pressure (e.g., 3.5 MPa), allowing for stable operation regardless of the actual spray flow rate. The injection amount is managed by a control valve in the return line. By opening this valve, a portion of the supply flow is returned to the water tank. Closing the control valve achieves maximum spray flow rate and maintains uniform liquid atomization across the entire control range. The adoption of innovative nozzle technology significantly improves system efficiency. By replacing cluster-type nozzle lances with the more efficient RS II-4 single nozzle lance, the following advantages are gained: ≪Features≫ Optimal complete evaporation Energy savings Simplified maintenance Minimal modification work Additionally, the redesign of Rehila's spillback nozzle has achieved design improvements such as optimized liquid flow shapes, reduced number of parts, and easier assembly with standard tools.
