We want to transfer the production of rubber products over 10kg ⇒ Change the molding method from injection molding to direct pressure molding through mold modification! Contributing to the improvement of production capacity and investment capacity!
■Theme Change in molding method through mold modification ■Specific Concerns "I want to increase investment capacity by transferring production." "I want to transfer the production of rubber products over 10 kg made by injection molding, but there are no takers due to the size of the products." ■Common Issues Due to the large size of the products, there are few places that can handle them with injection molding. ■Solution Modify the injection molding mold into a direct pressure molding mold. Conduct thorough molding trials to maintain quality before the transfer. ■Effects Improvement in the customer's production capacity and investment capacity. Realization of a production system that allows the customer to specialize in their area of expertise.

Is rubber weak against the summer heat? Strange patterns appear on the product surface... ⇒ By reviewing the material composition, scorch (material burning) is resolved! Contributing to improved yield.
■Theme Scorching of rubber materials (material burning) ■Specific Concerns "There are strange patterns all over the product surface... there are no issues with the mold." "The defect rate has increased, and I want to improve the yield." ■Solution Review the formulation to prevent material burning. ■Effects Elimination of scorching (material burning) Improvement in yield (5% reduction in defect rate) ■Customer Feedback "Thanks to the review of the rubber materials, scorching (material burning) has stopped, and it has been a great help!" "Thanks to this, the yield has improved, and the defect rate has decreased by 5%!" *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.

The cooperating factory has gone out of business. We would like to request integrated molding of metal and rubber in a size suitable for both hands ⇒ Contributing to reducing procurement hassle with a consistent response from adhesive application!
■Theme Integrated Molding of Metal and Rubber ■Specific Concerns "Our partner factory has gone out of business, and there are no places that can handle integrated molding of metal and rubber in a size that fits both hands." "The challenge is that the metal and rubber do not adhere well and are prone to peeling, and we want to improve that." ■Common Issues The product size is large, and there are few places that can accommodate it. The application of adhesive is not going well, leading to increased peeling. ■Solution Separate adhesive and molding processes ⇒ Transfer all processes to one production line for a unified approach. Reassess the adhesive application process from scratch. ■Effects Reduced adhesive failure between metal and rubber. By combining the previously separate adhesive and molding processes, the customer's procurement workload has been reduced. ■Customer Feedback "By reassessing the adhesive process, we no longer have issues with adhesive failure!" "It was honestly cumbersome to have the adhesive process handled by Company A and the molding by Company B... The unified approach has greatly improved efficiency." *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us!

Machine malfunction! We want you to produce instead ⇒ Alternative production of large rubber products, rapid startup, freeing from supply chain disruption risks! Effective for BCP as well.
■Theme Alternative Production of Large Rubber Products ■Specific Concerns "The machinery at our supplier for large rubber products has broken down, and production cannot proceed." "I would like you to produce in its place and meet the delivery deadline in one week..." ■Common Issues There are no machines capable of molding large rubber products. It takes time to set up production. ■Solution Alternative production using our large molding machines. Production can be set up within three business days from consultation. ■Effects Released from the risk of supply chain disruption. Secured an alternative procurement source as a BCP measure. ■Customer Feedback "Thanks to their quick response, we were able to protect our supply chain without any stockouts!" "We were able to secure an alternative procurement source for BCP in case something happens!" *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.*

It takes three days to replace, but it deforms in a month. By changing the rubber material, the replacement frequency is now once every six months, and the defect rate has drastically decreased!
■Specific Concerns "I'm using rubber to secure the work, but it becomes unusable in just a month." "It takes three days to replace it, and if I change it once a month, the setup time and defects just keep increasing, making it impossible to work." ■Effects Replacement frequency reduced from once a month to once every six months. Defect rate decreased from 15% to 2%. ■Customer Feedback "I never thought that just changing the material of the rubber would make such a difference in productivity!" "Setup time and defects have drastically decreased, and productivity has significantly increased."

★Production Management Personnel★ One week until the deadline! Introducing examples of avoiding stockouts through alternative production for large rubber products, rubber products, rubber molds, and mold transfer.
We received a consultation stating, 'It seems that the parts procured from overseas are about to run out; I need you to do something within a week.' Typically, production is carried out overseas, but they were unable to keep up, leading to a situation where they would run out of stock in a week. If they run out of stock, it would halt the production line of the final manufacturer, which is a situation that the parts manufacturer definitely wants to avoid. In response to this concern, since there was a spare mold in Japan, we were able to send the mold on the same day, perform the mold installation processing (to ensure it could be attached to our machines) in two days, and initiate mass production within "three business days" from the consultation. We were able to gather the required quantity within a week from the consultation and protect the supply chain. When it comes to overseas procurement, there are unique challenges such as needing to consolidate quantities due to transportation issues and difficulties in achieving the desired production volume. We can solve such concerns as well! *For more details, please download our case studies or contact us.

I want to create rubber products that exceed 1 meter. We solve this with integrated production from material procurement to molding! By reducing the number of parts from 2 to 1, we contribute to more efficient procurement.
■Specific Concerns "I wonder if we can create large rubber products over 1 meter..." "We have been procuring them in two parts due to the moldable size, but we want to consolidate them into one." ■Cause There are few manufacturers capable of producing rubber products over 1 meter. ■Solution Molding with a machine that can handle sizes up to 1800×900 mm. Molding with a machine that can handle sizes up to 1500×1300 mm. Providing consistent support from mold design and material selection to mass production. ■Effect Consolidating parts that were previously procured in two parts due to moldable size into one. Contributing to the reduction of total procurement costs. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us.*
