Standardization of high-performance oil seals made of Zettpole (H-NBR).
Zetpole has improved mechanical strength and chemical stability compared to NBR (nitrile rubber), as well as durability, heat resistance, cold resistance, and fuel oil resistance. When used in products, it is expected to enhance compression set resistance, heat generation, and abrasion resistance. When used as an oil seal, it can increase the heat resistance temperature by 10-15 degrees, allowing for a longer lifespan within conventional temperature ranges. It also enables replacement of some over-spec areas previously occupied by fluororubber. Ourex has standardized the TO(SO) type and pressure-resistant types (TOP, TOPA) of this Zetpole oil seal, making product selection easier and enabling short delivery times.
