We conduct genotype analysis using microsatellites and SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms). We have a large number of fluorescent primer sets in-house, enabling us to offer analysis at a low cost. We also support analyses such as DNA instability tests and speed congenic analyses. For SNP analysis, we provide contract analysis using the Taqman method, with reagents purchased from ABI. With our extensive research experience, we conduct comprehensive genotype analysis centered on microsatellites and SNPs, incorporating knowledge of genetic statistics. We have rich experience in linkage analysis for families with genetic diseases and SNP association studies involving many samples.
