The EMJ3-P extruder is a screw extrusion type applicator for hot melt resin. By melting the hot melt just before application, it minimizes the degradation of the hot melt, making it suitable for hot melt molding. Additionally, pressure control allows for a constant injection pressure and holding pressure. There is also a gear pump type that offers higher precision. It is suitable for oil filters and automotive applications as well.

Achieved a 40% reduction in power consumption (compared to our company). This is a hot melt applicator that is also easy to maintain. It is a new type of applicator in the conventional Micron series. Energy Efficiency By lengthening and thickening the fins that promote melting, we increased the surface area inside the tank and achieved uniform heating within the tank. Additionally, by enhancing the insulation effect around the tank, we shortened the time to reach the set temperature and reduced the power consumption for maintaining temperature during operation. Usability To make operation easier, we have adopted a simple control panel. The tank lid cover opens wide, making it easy to refill adhesive and clean. The control panel slides with a 1/4 turn of a screw, allowing for easy access during maintenance.
