[Examples of Pigeon Control] Pigeon Damage in the Shutter Box of a Multi-Story Parking Garage

Here are some examples of pigeon control measures for public facilities. Pigeons were coming to the shutter boxes and sprinkler pipes near the entrances of the multi-story parking lot, leading to nesting and droppings. To address the issue of droppings falling on customers shopping, as well as to maintain the building's integrity, aesthetics, and hygiene, we implemented a combination of bird nets and repellents. We installed bird nets to prevent pigeons from entering the shutter boxes where they had established themselves, and we placed repellents in primary landing areas such as pipes and steel beams to break their attachment. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were coming to the shutter boxes and sprinkler pipes near the entrances of the multi-story parking lot, leading to nesting and droppings. ■ Solutions - Implemented a combination of bird nets and repellents. [Examples of Pigeon Control] Measures to Prevent Damage from Pigeon Droppings on Products and Equipment in Factories

Here is an example of pigeon control measures in a factory. Pigeons were flying into the ceiling steel beams and wall beams of the factory and warehouse, causing droppings damage. A repellent called "PT-1" was requested as a preventive measure against droppings damage to products and equipment. Areas where there were gaps between the walls and steel beams were sealed with wire mesh to block entry points. The product was installed particularly in areas where pigeons were frequently arriving, and preventive measures were also taken in places where pigeons might shift their landing. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were flying into the ceiling steel beams and wall beams of the factory and warehouse, causing droppings damage. ■ Solutions - Blocked entry points and installed the repellent "PT-1" particularly in areas where pigeons were arriving. - Implemented preventive measures in areas where pigeons might shift their landing. For more details, please see the related links.

[Pigeon Control Example] Pigeon damage on the awning of the store corridor! Measures to prevent droppings affecting customers.

Here are some examples of pigeon control measures in commercial facilities. Pigeons were coming to the awning of the store's passageway, causing droppings that affected customers passing through. A site survey was conducted, and it was decided to implement pigeon control using the repellent "PT-1." Although bird spikes had already been installed on the steel flanges, no measures had been taken for the gaps between the ceiling and the steel framework where pigeons were entering, resulting in droppings in that area. By installing our product in both the areas where pigeons had settled and the areas where they temporarily flew in, we achieved a more effective solution. Additionally, for the external areas that are easily affected by rain and wind, we installed all-stainless steel spikes, adopting a weather-resistant measure. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons were coming to the awning of the store's passageway, causing droppings. ■ Solution - By installing the repellent "PT-1" in both the areas where pigeons had settled and the areas where they temporarily flew in, we achieved a more effective solution. For more details, please refer to the related links.

[Pigeon Control Example] Pigeons invaded under the external stairs of the warehouse, causing droppings damage.

Here is an example of pigeon control measures in a warehouse. There had been instances of pigeons flying into various areas of the warehouse premises, and partial measures had already been implemented. However, pigeons had entered under the external stairs where bird nets had been installed by the company, resulting in droppings. There were mechanical facilities under the stairs, and the presence of droppings was not only unsightly but also raised hygiene concerns. The company requested the use of a repellent, "PT-1," as a measure against pigeon droppings. Pigeons were using the bird net installed by the company as a hammock and nesting on top of it. Therefore, we decided to remove the existing bird net and install a new repellent to break the pigeons' attachment. [Overview] ■ Issues - Pigeons entered under the external stairs where bird nets had been installed by the company, causing droppings. ■ Solution - By removing the existing bird net and installing a new repellent, we implemented measures to break the pigeons' attachment.
