Say goodbye to the heavy labor of replacing mechanical seals! With SEEPEX's original dismountable mechanical seal, you can replace it quickly and easily! Until now, replacing the mechanical seals in single-screw pumps required removing everything except for the drive unit (such as disconnecting surrounding piping, disassembling the suction casing, and pulling out the stator), making it a very tedious task that could take several hours even for relatively small types. The split-stator type 'SCT' pump was developed with a focus on achieving quick and easy maintenance. As part of the development philosophy of this pump, the split mechanical seal 'Smart Seal Housing' was created.
