VIA SORACOM certified devices make a strong impression at ITpro EXPO 2016.
At the ITpro EXPO 2016 held in Tokyo from October 19 to 21, our SORACOM certified device, the VIA AMOS-825, showcased a car navigation IoT solution that operated the NAVITIME truck navigation app (reference display). This attracted significant attention from visitors to the SORACOM booth. Such solutions, which have features for route guidance and scheduling optimal delivery orders for large vehicles, are in high demand in Japan, where large trucks are increasingly taking on delivery roles instead of smaller ones. Additionally, we exhibited the VIA AMOS-820 and VIA ARTiGO A820, both SORACOM certified devices optimized for M2M and gateway solutions for a wide range of industrial IoT applications.
