Since tools like drills and cutters do not come into contact with the workpiece, there is no heat generation, preventing alteration or discoloration, and minimizing distortion and warping. Additionally, it can cut almost all types of metals and steel, demonstrating its effectiveness in machining difficult materials commonly used in aircraft, such as nickel-based and titanium alloys, as well as thick stainless steel and aluminum.
