Achieving accurate simulations and offline teaching We are involved in the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial robot teaching of equipment used in automotive manufacturing lines, playing a part in automotive development. Online teaching, where movements are set while actually operating the robot, allows for clear and accurate robot teaching. However, teaching tasks for robots that are already operating on the production line require stopping the line, which leads to losses during that downtime. The efficiency of robot teaching is a crucial point in the introduction of industrial robots. Our company conducts comprehensive equipment simulations, interference checks, and cycle time verification using PSR (Process Simulate for Robotics) / ROBCAD. By progressing with an understanding of "movements and characteristics" from the design stage, we can not only satisfy customer specifications but also respond to lead times while keeping manufacturing costs down. Additionally, by loading offline data onto the actual machine for teaching corrections, we eliminate rework and can reduce on-site actual work hours by 25-30%.

The Red Dot Design Award is a prestigious design award established in 1955 and is considered one of the three major design awards in the world. This year, 48 judges from 23 countries determined the award-winning works based on criteria such as beauty, innovation, functionality, durability, and ergonomics. NEXTAGE Fillie won in the product design category. Receiving recognition with the Good Design Award Gold Prize in 2013 for the first-generation NEXTAGE (NX01C) and the Red Dot Design Award 2022 for Fillie has been a great encouragement for our company, which has been advancing development since the announcement of the NEXTAGE concept design in 2009. We are also grateful for this recognition, which is thanks to the support of our customers.
