[News Release] New Release of Environmentally Friendly Single-Axis Automatic Screw Tightening Machine 'FM515VE'!
Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd. will begin selling the single-axis automatic screw tightening machine 'FM515VE', which enables the reduction of environmental impact and improvement of screw tightening quality, starting from October 1, 2023. The newly released 'FM515VE' is a single-axis automatic screw tightening machine that supplies screws one by one from the screw feeding device to the screw tightening unit, allowing for screw tightening under conditions suitable for the workpiece. While retaining the functionality of the existing model 'FM513V', which uses an air cylinder for the lifting part of the screw tightening unit, the 'FM515VE' adopts an electric actuator as the driving source for the lifting part, achieving a reduction in CO2 emissions and an improvement in screw tightening quality through electrification. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of environmental impact ■ Equipped with speed control and thrust control functions ■ Comparable ease of use to air cylinder-driven types

Announcement of a free webinar: A highly popular seminar where sales engineers share their on-site experiences, "What is the key to visualizing manufacturing processes?!" (8/10)
How to connect the visualization of the manufacturing process to solutions such as quality improvement and defect reduction, finding clues for improvement from collected data, and the factors that hinder success at the stage of utilizing data for improvement, as well as methods for effectively using data by removing those hindrances, will be discussed by our sales engineers who have been consulting with many manufacturing sites. They will unravel a case study of one of the assembly processes of electronic devices, pin insertion (terminal pressing), and share points on utilizing in-process load measurement data based on their experience.
