Do you know about the Platinum Reflector? As the name suggests, it is a "platinum reflector." The Platinum Reflector is made by applying a platinum film onto a heat-resistant alloy, and it can be used in an atmosphere of 800°C. While conventional heat-resistant alloy reflectors were limited to a maximum usage of 500°C, by coating the surface with a thin film of platinum, we have achieved high heat resistance of 800°C. **Features of the Platinum Reflector:** 1. **Heat resistance of 800°C for regular use** By using special materials to prevent the reaction of components in the intermediate layer between platinum and heat-resistant metals, heat resistance of 800°C for regular use is achievable. 2. **Cost-effective** By using platinum foil, it becomes cheaper than vapor deposition or plating processes, achieving low costs. 3. **Delicate temperature distribution** It is possible to create a directional effect, making it very effective in producing the desired temperature distribution. 4. **Impact-resistant structure** With the reflective film on the heat-resistant metal, it has a structure that is more resistant to impact compared to conventional reflectors on quartz glass.
