Furthermore, by combining cutting machines, we can process insulation boards into various shapes. ★☆★☆ Electric heating elements for industrial furnaces, used in metal heat treatment, electronic components, and chemical industry applications! ☆★☆★
A metal heating element refers to a type of resistance heating element among general heating sources. Electric heating elements for industrial furnaces that include this metal heating element are used in various industries such as metal heat treatment, electronic components, ceramics, and the chemical industry. Our company manufactures electric furnace heaters suitable for temperatures up to 1200°C using iron-chromium-aluminum alloy (FeCrAl), which is a type of metal heating element. The shapes of metal heating elements vary. Here, we introduce some of the products we handle. 1. Round wire coil heating element This is a heating element made by spirally winding round wire. The wire diameter and outer coil diameter are set according to the heater's capacity and temperature. 2. Strip heating element A zigzag circuit is formed by alternately slitting a plate-like material. By adjusting the slit width, we change the resistance value of the heating element, allowing for precise design of heater output. Additionally, we perform concave processing calculated to suppress deformation due to thermal expansion of the heating element. This technology has been developed uniquely by our company.
An optional control panel is also available! There is no hassle for the customer with installation, setup, or assistance during the initial startup.

What is a hot air generator? Where is it used? I believe some of you may have such questions. Our hot air generator is electric and takes in air, producing a flow of air at 1000°C with a volume of 1Nm3 from the outlet. As for where hot air generators are used, they are utilized in various applications such as: - Drying processes for workpieces - Heat treatment and thermal processing of workpieces - Heat retention processes for workpieces The development of the N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C models was prompted by requests from our customers. Previously, the maximum temperatures were N2 900°C and Air 1000°C. Within that range, achieving both high temperatures of 1000°C and a large flow rate of 1Nm3 simultaneously was quite rare. However, we received inquiries asking, "Is it possible to achieve 1000°C with N2?" As a result of development efforts by our internal design and technical departments, we were able to achieve N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C by adding optional components to the conventional hot air generator, exceeding our customers' requested temperatures.

★ Heater utilizing "far infrared rays" ★
No unnecessary energy is used, so it is energy-saving! This is an introduction to heaters that utilize "far infrared rays," which have longer wavelengths among "infrared" rays. Electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range (3μm to 25μm) are generally said to be easily absorbed by materials, allowing for efficient heating of objects. Therefore, our company has developed a paint (far infrared paint) that emits a large amount of electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range by applying our ceramic raw material blending technology. Transparent materials like glass tend to transmit electromagnetic waves easily, so the heat from the heating element does not sufficiently transfer to the object being heated. As a result, if a lot of heater power is applied, electricity costs increase. By applying wavelength conversion paint and converting it to wavelengths that glass can easily absorb, heat can be efficiently transferred to the object being heated without passing through. Effects of applying far infrared paint: - The load on the heater decreases, allowing for longer use. - No unnecessary energy is used, resulting in energy-saving effects. - The heating speed increases, improving efficiency.
