I would be happy if you could also share this with others in your department and related parties. ■ Improvement of Heating Element Arrangement This is a proposal using ceramic fiber, but due to the thermal characteristics, the lower side inevitably becomes low temperature. Therefore, we proposed an arrangement that collects heat on the bottom side. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the thermal capacity by widening or narrowing the coil winding pitch. ■ Heat Uniformity Testing of Heaters To achieve uniform temperature distribution in heat treatment heaters manufactured for the automotive industry, we are conducting optimization verification tests on the placement of the workpieces, circuit separation, and output adjustments. There are many things that can be realized by making slight improvements while keeping the core intact. "I want to eliminate temperature unevenness (improve heat uniformity)." "I want to increase the heating speed." 【Solution】 Change the heater using round wire coil heating elements to a heater using strip heating elements. 【Results】 ■ By covering the entire area of the insulation material with heating elements, uniform heat treatment can be achieved. ■ Compared to heaters using round wire coil heating elements, it is possible to input more than twice the wattage. We have received feedback from customers stating, "The radiation efficiency has improved," and "Installation was easy, just by changing the fitting."

【Test Cases】 1. Glass Fiber Organic Residue Test In the production of glass fibers, it is essential to burn off the organic materials in a drying oven. However, there was interest in whether it could be effectively burned off using our hot air generation equipment. After several discussions, an opportunity arose for a company visit, during which we operated the equipment as part of a factory tour and conducted a simple pattern test. If you contact us in advance, it is possible to check the availability of the equipment and conduct a simple test. 2. Surface Temperature Comparison Test Under High-Temperature Conditions In the equipment used by the customer, there is a risk of electric leakage when the surface temperature of the heater becomes high. Therefore, the specifications were changed to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and tests were conducted on both old and new heaters under the same conditions to measure and compare the surface temperatures. The results showed that by enhancing the heat dissipation effect, there was a tendency for the surface temperature of the heater to decrease. This time, due to temperature differences depending on the measurement method, it is necessary to consider a new challenge regarding the measurement method in relation to actual furnace measurements, and we are currently working on it.
