"I want to increase the heating speed." 【Solution】 Change the heater using round wire coil heating elements to a heater using strip heating elements. 【Results】 ■ By covering the entire area of the insulation material with heating elements, uniform heat treatment can be achieved. ■ Compared to heaters using round wire coil heating elements, it is possible to input more than twice the wattage. We have received feedback from customers stating, "The radiation efficiency has improved," and "Installation was easy, just by changing the fitting."
