Markforged has released a new composite material for the aerospace industry! There are two types of materials for industrial 3D printers: "Onyx FR-A" and the reinforced fiber material "Carbon Fibre FR-A." Both have excellent flame retardancy, meet the FST conditions of the American aerospace industry, and possess traceability. This is the first carbon fiber reinforced resin material available for 3D printers in the industry. Now, due to reasons such as weight reduction and high strength, the interior components and housings of aircraft are shifting from metal to carbon fiber resin.
