What is a flash diaphragm? What are its advantages?
When selecting a pressure sensor, there is a type with a flush diaphragm structure. What are its advantages? Main features: 1. Suitable for measuring the pressure of viscous liquids such as ink. 2. Appropriate for applications where regular cleaning is desired. 3. Can be used in food processes if it has a clamp type. A typical pressure sensor has a screw at the tip, with a diaphragm (partition) that receives pressure located behind it. If the medium being measured is air, there is usually no problem with the standard structure. However, there are inquiries such as "I want to measure the pressure of ink" or "I need a structure suitable for cleaning since I regularly clean the pressure-receiving part," and in such cases, the standard structure does not allow for visibility of the interior, making it impossible to confirm whether it has been cleaned properly. In such cases, the pressure sensor with a flush diaphragm, where the pressure-receiving surface is exposed, proves effective. KELLER offers a wide range of products, including a minimum range of 30 kPa and an accuracy of 0.05% FS, with a wealth of experience. If you are interested, please feel free to consult with us.

A pressure sensor that can change the pressure range! There's no need to prepare separate sensors for each range!
KELLER Pressure offers pressure sensors with models that allow for adjustable pressure ranges. There is no need to have separate sensors for each pressure range, as one unit can comprehensively cover all ranges. This significantly contributes to cost reduction. Additionally, there is no need to worry about delivery times for additional orders. The compatible models include OEM types, general-purpose types, high-precision types, and explosion-proof types, among others. We also conduct demonstrations on how to change the pressure range, so please feel free to contact us if you would like more details. Series 23SX (General-purpose type) Series 33X (High-precision type) Series 10LX, 20SX (OEM type) Series 41X (Low-pressure type) Differential pressure type Explosion-proof type

Pressure sensors monitor liquid propulsion rockets!
The "TU Vienna Space Team," operated by students of the Vienna University of Technology, is working on the rocket project "Lamarr," which focuses on launching a liquid rocket using ethanol and liquid oxygen as propellants. The "Lamarr" rocket is equipped with pressure sensors from KELLER Pressure, specifically the PAA-23SY, PAA-21Y, and PD-39X series. These high-precision pressure sensors play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of the mission. The pressure sensors measure the pressure in the pressurized tanks, fuel tanks, and combustion chamber of the rocket engine. The project team uses the measurement data supplied by the sensors to monitor and control various elements essential for stable flight. Pressure measurement technology in the aerospace field complies with the highest safety standards and has high demands for functionality. Therefore, in this field, highly specialized pressure measurement systems tailored to each customer are produced. For the "Lamarr" project, the KELLER Pressure standard specification piezoresistive pressure transmitters were selected. For more details, please follow the link below!

Announcement of a free webinar: Semiconductor resin encapsulation molding "Visualization solutions for inside the mold" and IoT technology (4/27)
In the semiconductor industry, particularly in the resin encapsulation process for power semiconductors aimed at NEVs (New Energy Vehicles), there is an increasing demand for the "visualization" of the internal conditions of molds to achieve zero defects in the manufacturing process. In this webinar, we will propose sensing technologies to improve molding defects using a quartz piezoelectric pressure sensor developed for low-viscosity resins like epoxy transfer molding and for low-pressure measurements. - Compatible with low-viscosity resins ⇒ Structure that does not cause measurement errors due to the intrusion of epoxy resin (diaphragm structure) - High-temperature compatibility ⇒ Mold temperatures up to 200°C - Linearity (measurement error) ⇒ Less than 1% relative to the measurement range - Resolution ⇒ 1/1,000 MPa This webinar will be held three times on the following dates, but the content will be the same for all sessions, so please feel free to join on a date that suits you! April 27, 2022 (Wednesday) May 11, 2022 (Wednesday) May 18, 2022 (Wednesday) Please check the details and register using the registration form. https://info.kistler.com/ja-webinar-semicon We look forward to many participants joining us.
