The particle visualization technology developed under our brand "ViEST" has a very high level of detection sensitivity that allows for real-time visualization of the suspended and adhered states of micro and nano-sized particles. We are engaged in the sale of visualization systems and contract services for evaluation (investigating particles and airflow in production processes, manufacturing equipment, and factory environments, evaluating the performance of cleaning products, proposing yield improvement measures, etc.) both domestically and internationally. We have started distributing the leaflet for the Latex Stability Testing Machine [Type MK4].
The MK4 latex stability testing machine is a next-generation model developed to enhance the accuracy and reproducibility of latex evaluations. With a newly designed digital control and digital display, it allows for precise management of rotation speed and timers, resulting in stable test results. The inverter control minimizes motor rotation variability, achieving a continuous stable rotation of 14,000 rpm as indicated on the digital display. Additionally, the motor and control unit are housed in a sealed structure and factory calibrated, eliminating the need for maintenance. It accommodates Perspex beakers for natural latex and glass beakers for synthetic latex, securely fixed to a stable aluminum table. The table can be manually adjusted in height, providing excellent operability on-site. Furthermore, the robust cast iron base is highly durable and features a protective design suitable for use in tropical regions. This high-performance testing machine offers flexibility to accommodate not only standard tests but also variable speed specifications for non-standard tests.
