TAIYO High Flow Servo Unit [ECO Type Unit with Low Hydraulic Oil Consumption] will be officially released.
This time, TAIYO has developed the drive unit, which was previously set with conventional hot water servo actuators, into an independent unit in response to customer feedback. In addition to the existing small to medium flow servo units (1.1cc, 3.5cc, 11cc), we have officially added large flow servo units (19cc, 30cc, 40cc, 60cc) that were previously custom-made to our product lineup. The addition of large servo units enables high-speed operation at high thrust. Although they are large, their energy efficiency is outstanding (the energy efficiency during operation is 85-95%). They can be easily mounted on hydraulic actuators equipped with various length measuring sensors and load sensors. Naturally, being hybrid, they use a small amount of operating oil and are environmentally friendly servo units.
