■Overview of EOG Sterilization Monitoring Device 1. The EOG sterilizer (chamber) is connected to the EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-3000) via a gas introduction pipe, allowing for sampling of the EO gas within the chamber to measure and display the EO gas concentration. 2. The measured EO concentration can be output externally (to a recorder or printer). 3. Measurement of EO gas concentration can be performed (both automatic monitoring and manual measurement). 4. Thus, the EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-3000) can measure the EO concentration within the sterilizer and output it externally. 5. There is an EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000) that combines control equipment, recorders, and printers. Its feature is that it can measure concentrations tailored to the sterilization conditions of the EO gas sterilizer. 6. An EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S) is equipped with a sampling switch, allowing for automatic continuous measurement of the EO gas concentration in multiple EOG sterilizers with just one EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S).

This device is a reel-type fire alarm that winds up a fire detection line onto a reel, with a bell, lamp, jack, switch, and external signal output jack attached to the reel body, forming an electronic circuit. By pulling out the fire detection line from the reel and wiring it, a fire alert area is created, completing the installation. The fire detection line can be rewound and moved to the necessary location, making it a portable fire alarm. The fire detection line utilizes extended soluble insulated wire (softening) and numerous shape memory alloys (restoration) to create a combined integrated fire sensor wire that employs eco-technology with zero standby power for switching functions. New product of temperature detection sensor with code for detecting abnormal temperatures in various industrial equipment.
1. This is a product that connects a temperature detection sensor with a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor is equipped with a shape memory alloy coiled around a soluble insulated wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to detect temperature and sending a signal (no voltage/a contact) for temperature detection. 3. By setting the temperature detection sensor to the abnormal temperature of the equipment, it can detect abnormal temperatures. In other words, by installing temperature detection sensors on various industrial and equipment devices, it can detect abnormal temperatures that may lead to equipment damage or fire. The abnormal temperature is set to the set temperature (80°C). 5. For example, when installed on various industrial and electrical equipment, if abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs, the temperature detection sensor with a code detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through an alarm or similar device. 6. In this way, abnormal temperatures of various industrial and electrical equipment can be monitored continuously on a daily basis, allowing for early detection and initial response to prevent equipment damage or fire. Maintenance management is reliable and safe.
