■Overview of Abnormal Temperature Control Device 1. It consists of a temperature sensing wire, control equipment, and an alarm. The power supply is an AC adapter. This is an abnormal temperature control device that combines a temperature sensing wire with a control device. 2. The control equipment is housed in the control device, and an alarm and power switch are mounted on the lid. The temperature sensing wire is connected to the external input terminal of the control equipment, and a terminal with a code is attached to the external output terminal. 3. The control device is installed outside of the industrial machinery. 4. The temperature sensing wire is wired in areas inside the industrial machinery, electrical components, and load devices where there is a risk of abnormal temperature or fire, and is connected to the external input terminal of the control device. 5. A terminal with a code is connected in series to the coil power circuit of the main power controller (Mg·S) of the industrial machinery at the external output terminal of the control device. 6. For example, when an abnormal temperature occurs inside the industrial machinery, electrical components, or load devices, the wired temperature sensing wire detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through the alarm. Simultaneously, the terminal with a code at the external output cuts off the main power circuit of the industrial equipment. 7. In this way, by detecting abnormal temperatures that could lead to fire in industrial machinery and cutting off the power supply, it is possible to prevent damage to the machinery and potential fires.

This product is a temperature sensing wire set to 70°C that can directly sense temperature and signal without the need for power or measuring devices. It is a product that combines a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The shape memory alloy is attached to the wire in a coiled shape, and when the surrounding temperature reaches 70°C, the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wire (restoring it) and short-circuiting the two wires to create a temperature sensing signal. It is suitable for installation in locations where abnormal temperatures that could lead to fires may occur, such as in industrial machinery, industrial equipment, electrical devices, and storage batteries, and can alert the surroundings to abnormal temperatures using alarms.
