Newly released handheld fire alarm combining a handheld receiver and fire detection line (integrated fire sensor with wiring).
■Overview of the Handheld Fire Alarm System 1. It consists of a receiver (commercially available), a fire detection line, and a bell. This is a handheld fire alarm system that can be easily installed and moved. It is intended for private use. However, each device must adhere to the following specifications: (1) The receiver should be a handheld type with a handle for portability. A capped cord (1m) should be attached to the detection circuit and sound circuit, and a socket cord (2m) should be attached to the power circuit. (2) The fire detection line should have a socket attached at the end, with a fire push button at the tip. A fire test should be conducted. (3) The bell should be mounted on a self-supporting bracket and be a handheld type. The bell should be connected via a socket cord (5m) through a terminal block. (4) The handheld fire alarm system can be installed in various locations such as: (i) buildings under construction and ships under construction, (ii) the periphery of houses, apartments, buildings, factories, etc., and (iii) livestock barns. By pulling out the wiring for the fire detection line, the fire detection circuit will be completed, creating a fire alert area. The fire detection line can be coiled and easily moved to the necessary location for device installation and wiring. Installation can be adapted to the progress of the site. [Note] The fire detection line is a product that integrates a number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The set temperature is 80°C.

This product is a temperature sensing wire set to 70°C that can directly sense temperature and signal without the need for power or measuring devices. It is a product that combines a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The shape memory alloy is attached to the wire in a coiled shape, and when the surrounding temperature reaches 70°C, the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wire (restoring it) and short-circuiting the two wires to create a temperature sensing signal. It is suitable for installation in locations where abnormal temperatures that could lead to fires may occur, such as in industrial machinery, industrial equipment, electrical devices, and storage batteries, and can alert the surroundings to abnormal temperatures using alarms.
