Participants will have the opportunity to fully experience 5-axis CAM/machining, so we encourage you to join us. Additionally, it will be beneficial for those who already have equipment but are not utilizing it effectively, as well as for training new employees. Due to venue capacity, we will limit participation to the first 12 applicants, so please apply early. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

Achieving accurate simulations and offline teaching We are involved in the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial robot teaching of equipment used in automotive manufacturing lines, playing a part in automotive development. Online teaching, where movements are set while actually operating the robot, allows for clear and accurate robot teaching. However, teaching tasks for robots that are already operating on the production line require stopping the line, which leads to losses during that downtime. The efficiency of robot teaching is a crucial point in the introduction of industrial robots. Our company conducts comprehensive equipment simulations, interference checks, and cycle time verification using PSR (Process Simulate for Robotics) / ROBCAD. By progressing with an understanding of "movements and characteristics" from the design stage, we can not only satisfy customer specifications but also respond to lead times while keeping manufacturing costs down. Additionally, by loading offline data onto the actual machine for teaching corrections, we eliminate rework and can reduce on-site actual work hours by 25-30%.
