Our company began selling the LCR meter LCR-6000 series under the GW Instek brand of our parent company, the Taiwanese measuring instrument manufacturer GOOD WILL INSTRUMENT CO., LTD., starting in December 2015. <Product Overview> The LCR-6000 series is equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD, allowing for easy visibility of measurement content and settings through two display modes (one showing four measurement and monitoring items only, and the other displaying measurement items and settings simultaneously), enabling quick understanding of measurement results. The AC measurement includes 16 combinations of measurement parameters and 14 monitoring parameters, and it also supports DC resistance measurement. The LCR-6000 series features a variety of convenient functions, such as Auto LCZ function, internal DC bias voltage (-DC2.5V to +DC2.5V), a 10-step list sweep measurement for checking characteristics, and ALC function for measuring various components like MLCCs. Additionally, it comes standard with interfaces including RS-232C, handler/SCAN interface, and USB host port. The handler/SCAN function allows for BIN classification and combined component sorting.
