[New Construction Case] Urban Mountain Construction Method Project
We have uploaded a new construction case study for the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This project involves the construction of a tunnel in an urban area using the NATM method. The wash water from the ready-mix concrete trucks used on site contained slurry and needed to be regularly transported off-site. However, the site was small, and it was difficult to secure a vacuum truck for an extended period. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted due to its characteristics of low additive amount and immediate transportability. After improving the mud with this product, it was transported via a standard 10-ton dump truck through public roads to the designated disposal site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[New Construction Video] Soil Improvement Work Using Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machine
We have uploaded a new construction video for the high cement content soil stabilizer MT series. It's a short video of about 1 minute and 30 seconds, so please take a look. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil stabilization machine. Until now, a challenge has been that high-water-content mud could not be fed into the self-propelled soil stabilization machine. As a first treatment, we improved it with MT-2, which made it suitable for input into the self-propelled soil stabilization machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime using the self-propelled soil stabilization machine. It has also been confirmed that adding MT-2 does not affect the strength development of the improved soil.
