A case study of CBM utilizing IoT for exhaust fan equipment in a chemical plant. Vibration sensors were installed on the exhaust fan equipment, and vibration frequency analysis was conducted. As a result, the inner race damage component of the bearing was detected, enabling early detection of failure precursors (damage to the inner race and rolling elements of the bearing) and allowing for the avoidance of losses in advance.
