This equipment is a plant designed for small-scale use. Everything needed is stored in a container, making it very compact. The raw materials consist of food waste, agricultural residues, and small amounts of garbage from supermarkets. The biogas production varies depending on the raw materials, but as a rough estimate, it is around 30 m³ or 80 m³ per day. The fermentation tank operates at a temperature of 35°C, allowing for stable methane fermentation. By connecting it to stoves or boilers, biogas can be utilized, and the digestate can be reused as liquid fertilizer. Biogas power generation: Generating biogas from organic waste on-site!

Biogas can be generated from food waste such as organic waste that occurs within the facility and utilized as energy. Conventional technology targeted large-scale factories that produce more than 10 tons of organic waste per day, but with the biogas system, it has become possible to install it in smaller facilities such as food factories that generate less than 3 tons of organic waste per day.
