Previously, we created reports using carbon-copy paper, but since it was a free-form writing method, there was variability in how different people wrote them. On average, it took about 10 to 15 minutes per store, and for larger stores, it could take nearly an hour. By using this service, we can quickly create reports with photos on the app, and once the input is submitted, the reports are automatically digitized, allowing us to reduce the work time by about half.
